Breathwork Journey
Trauma-informed breathwork journeys are held in a safe, sacred, and grounded container so you are able to delve deeply into the waters of catharsis, meet your edges, and experience deep unwinding, awakening, remembering, and activating. These sessions evoke immense healing and transformation.
We work with a conscious-connected breathing technique, also referred to as a circular breath, meaning without pause. Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. This type of breath stimulates the lower lungs which allows greater amounts of oxygen throughout the body, helping to calm our nervous system, and take us into a parasympathetic state of rest and digest. This method is a transformative and experiential self-healing modality.
Most of us are not using our entire respiratory system to breathe. In fact, most are only using 33%. So, imagine what you can tap into by utilizing your whole respiratory system! This can allow for deep healing on a physical, mental, and spiritual level.
Physical releases can include but are not limited to tingling, buzzing, shaking, somatic unwinding, chills, heat waves, tetany in the hands or jaw and other sensations. Emotional releases can include but are not limited to crying, laughter, sacred anger or rage, bliss, and grief. All is welcome and you are free to express and move however feels supportive in your journey. Staying connected to the breath will allow it all to move through and I will be guiding you throughout your journey.

What does a breathwork journey look like?
When booking a session, you will have to fill out an intake form to make sure you have no contraindications.
Each journey takes about 2 hours and I will lovingly guide you throughout.
We begin by having a conversation about anything you wish to express and share.
Create an intention for your journey.
We will move some energy with some Qi Gong exercises and do a few gentle breathing stretches to expand your diaphragm.
Practice the breathwork technique until we both feel you are ready to proceed with your journey.
Lay down on the biomat (an infrared heating pad), getting comforable, and making sure the temperature is comfortable for you.
I will create an anchored container for your journey by holding your diamond points which comes from a modality called, SourcePoint Therapy. This is a type of energy work.
Guided journey begins slowly with purposefully curated playlist, while I guide you into the journey.
After you reach the height if your journey, we begin slowing the breath down, grounding, reorienting, and laying in shavasana, where I will provide energy healing to help you ground and integrate.

Tea and time to process anything that came up during your journey.
